Personal Training

All personal training clients receive the following:

  • A personalised exercise programme delivered 1, 2 or 3 times each week according to your goals

  • Personalised nutrition guidelines and information from a certified nutritionist- including a online nutrition kick start to get you up and running, ongoing support and a nutrition seminar every 6 weeks all included

  • Posture and Movement Assessment

  • Personal Accountability Coach to make sure you are on track

  • Private 30 minute nutrition coaching session every 6 weeks - delivered in person or online

  • Your own personal profile on our in house gym software used to track workouts, measurements and give you access to our community

 

With expert coaching and programmes geared around your personal goals and current fitness level, you'll have all the tools, support and accountability that you need to succeed.

The process starts with an in depth consultation where we visit your goals, your current lifestyle and nutrition habits, exercise and nutrition likes and dislikes as well as what you've done in the past. This gives you the opportunity to meet with us and discuss exactly what support you need as well as what you would like to get from your time with us.

Following on from your initial consultation you will complete a movement screen with your coach. This involves completing 5-10 exercises and movements and will allow us to analyse your movement and identify any imbalances or potential areas that may need consideration when we design your program. This allows us to programme the most appropriate and safest exercises for you at this time and will give us the foundation from which we will work for the duration of your programme.

Depending on your chosen training solution, your very own exercise and nutrition programme will now be delivered and you will work with daily support from us to achieve your goal.

There are several price points available for Personal Training which range from £200 per month - £510 per month depending on frequency of training.
