Our group training program includes:
Your choice of 2 or 3 45 minutes exercise sessions each week in small groups of no more than 6 people to ensure that you receive individual attention and the safest coaching.
Time with a qualified nutritionist to help with the things you struggle with. We’ll let you know how much you should be eating according to your goal and then work to help you make better choices that fit into your lifestyle and personal nutrition preferences.
Accountability and contact from your own coach. You’ll have your own coach to help with anything that you are struggling with.
Access to our nutrition seminars (every 6 weeks) and group socials.
We’ll get you moving better, get you fitter and stronger, make you more confident and introduce you to exercises that you enjoy in a fun and motivating environment.
We’ll show you how to enjoy healthy foods with balance so that you can still enjoy the odd dinner out and drinks with friends. Everything we do is based on real foods, no fad diets, supplements or meal replacements. (We hate that stuff!)
We’ll help you figure out specific goals and they put steps in place to ensure that you make progress in the quickest but most sustainable way possible.
We hold nutrition seminars every 6 weeks covering a variety of topics and have group socials that you’ll be invited to where we do everything from climbing, dinner and drinks in a group so you feel part of a community with a solid support network.
Join other women who have lost weight, toned up, gained confidence and made long lasting sustainable changes to their health and fitness.
What results can I expect in the first 8 weeks?
It’s not uncommon for those that take and stick to our advice to lose at least 1-2 stone or 1-2 dress sizes over 8 weeks. You’ve got to be prepared to train every week and stick to our nutrition principles and most importantly be consistent!
I’m nervous/scared about training, its been awhile!
We absolutely get it, for some people coming into a new environment can be scary and intimidating. We’ll always meet you at your current level of fitness and help you slowly build your fitness based around your current level. We never make you do anything you don’t want or that you feel uncomfortable with. Sessions take place in a private personal training studio which is a discreet and comfortable so while we understand it might be scary at first most people settle in after the first session.
What time are the sessions?
Session take place:
Monday – 7pm and 7.45pm
Tuesday – 6.15pm and 7pm
Wednesday – 7pm
Thursday – 6.15pm, 7pm and 8pm
Saturday – 9.30am and 10.15am
Sunday – 10.30am
We operate a online booking system for sessions so you have complete flexibility each week with what sessions you attend. If you’re booked in and can no longer make it then as long as you cancel within 12 hours your session will be re credited and you can use it again.
How much does it cost?
Cost ranges from £129 per month for 2 sessions a week or £159 for 3 sessions a week. This includes all of your training, nutrition coaching, accountability and seminars. This works out at £16 per session if you train x2 a week or £13 per session if you train x3 per week. (We offer a money back guarentee for the first month if you don't enjoy the sessions or make progress)
Will I be tied into a contract?
We don’t believe in gym contracts and want to stay flexible so the program initially runs for 8 weeks with the option to extend on a monthly basis thereafter. All we ask is you give us 4 weeks notice should you want to move on.
How and when is payment taken?
Payment is due on the first of the month via standing order.
What if I need to go away or go on holiday?
We’re happy to pause your membership but would advise you not to go too crazy while your away!
How do I get started?
Check out some testimonials from some current group clients:
“I totally recommend training with Sam. I really enjoy the sessions, which are sociable and good fun. It’s not competitive, which would put me right off. It’s more about competing with yourself and getting fitter and stronger, whatever your starting point. Sam is sensitive and supportive, and the group is also very supportive of each other. Without gushing, I can say that signing up with Sam was a life-changing decision." - Juliet
“I joined at the beginning of the year with a goal to lose weight and tone up for my wedding this summer. With the added convenience of being close to home. With massive thanks to Sam I learnt to enjoy exercise and eating well. His extra support with nutrition was what got me over the line. Now I continue past the wedding because I love the group sessions and sustained fitness and strength I get. It’s a friendly and enjoyable way to get and keep fit." - Kaija
“Over the years, I have briefly succeeded in getting fit and losing weight, only for it to ultimately pile back on when I got bored / lost interest / self-sabotaged. I’d had enough of this depressing cycle last year and got in touch with Sam’s training group. Group classes were never my thing, always preferring to work out alone - but that all changed when I started with Sam and the girls. 10 months later I am still actively enjoying the classes, working out with others gives me motivation (and good chat!), I have lost - and kept off - over a stone and a half in weight and I am still losing. Friends and family have commented a lot on how much healthier and happier I look (I’ve even been asked if I’ve had cosmetic surgery - cheeky beggars!!). If you are at a point in your life where you really want to make a difference once and for all I would not hesitate to recommend Sam. His style of training is relaxed, always supportive and gives you confidence that you can do it." - Charlotte
“Sam is brilliant...his classes are informal, fun and supportive while still managing to be challenging and structured. I’ve been going to his sessions for 18 months... I’ve lost weight, got fit and made friends. It’s been a game changer for me, I couldn’t recommend him more." - Vicky
