Our group coaching programme is designed for women who want to lose weight, are fed up and confused by fad diets and that want to improve their body and confidence once and for all.

The programme includes:

Your choice of 2 or 3 exercise sessions each week so that you are coached through our specially designed program that will ensure that you lose weight, get stronger, fitter, more toned and have fun training in a safe and motivating environment with guidance and supportive coaching.

Personalised nutrition guidelines so that you know how much you should be eating according to your own personal goals and lifestyle. We’ll show you how to lose weight eating real food without starving yourself while building in some flexibility for eating out and the occasional treats.

Your own accountability coach so that you have all of the help and guidance that you need to be successful. We’re on hand to answer any questions and coach you through any tough times and celebrate wins with you so that you have all of the support you need on your journey.

Access to education through our nutrition seminars and online videos so that you can learn strategies and our own tips and tricks which will educate and empower you to make better choices.

Our sessions are built around women who have busy lifestyles so we run a total of 12 sessions weekly which are operated via a booking system so you have complete flexibility each week for which sessions you attend.

Frequently Asked Questions



It’s not uncommon for those that stick to the programme lose at least 1-2 stone or 1-2 dress sizes over 8 weeks. You’ve got to be prepared to train every week and stick to our nutrition principles and most importantly be consistent!



We absolutely get it, for some people coming into a new environment can be scary and intimidating. We’ll always meet you at your current level of fitness and help you slowly build your fitness based around your current level. We never make you do anything you don’t want or that you feel uncomfortable with. Sessions take place in a private personal training studio which is a discreet and comfortable so while we understand it might be scary at first most people settle in after the first session.



Session take place:

Monday – 7pm and 7.45pm

Tuesday – 6.15pm and 7pm

Wednesday – 7pm

Thursday – 6.15pm, 7pm and 8pm

Saturday – 9.30am and 10.15am

Sunday – 10.30am

We operate a online booking system for sessions so you have complete flexibility each week with what sessions you attend. If you’re booked in and can no longer make it then as long as you cancel within 12 hours your session will be re credited and you can use it again.



Cost ranges from £129 per month for 2 sessions a week or £159 for 3 sessions a week. This includes all of your training, nutrition coaching, accountability and seminars. This works out at £16 per session if you train x2 a week or £13 per session if you train x3 per week. (We offer a money back guarentee for the first month if you don't enjoy the sessions or make progress) 



We don’t believe in gym contracts and want to stay flexible so the program initially runs for 8 weeks with the option to extend on a monthly basis thereafter. All we ask is you give us 4 weeks notice should you want to move on.
